What we need

Include the affected address or system, the steps to reproduce the issue, the potential impact and how we can contact you securely.

What we ask of you

Only access what is needed to demonstrate the issue. Do not change or delete data, disrupt services or disclose the vulnerability before we have been able to investigate it.

What you can expect from us

We handle your report confidentially, assess the finding and keep you informed where possible. A report does not automatically entitle you to compensation.

Unsure about the scope?

Do not perform further tests. Report the system and your observation to us first. Report issues in a client environment directly through the agreed support channel.
