On site for what cannot be done remotely. Defective hardware, a complete power or internet outage or cabling work may require an on-site intervention. On-site support is part of our managed IT services; how it works in practice follows your service agreements.

We first look at which systems communicate with each other and why. Based on that, we design a segmentation that carefully separates office IT, production and external access, with attention to the availability your production needs.
The Wi-Fi in our warehouse is unreliable. What does JViT do about it?
An extra access point does not solve every Wi-Fi complaint. We start with a survey and combine usage, coverage and building characteristics into a targeted improvement plan.
Does our organisation fall under NIS2?
That depends, among other things, on your sector and size. JViT helps you map your situation and move from separate measures to a well-founded security approach, with support from CISO as a Service where needed.
Can a penetration test disrupt our production?
Pre-recording consent, systems, test period, contacts and stopping conditions. The test is consistent with your business processes and the continuity you need.
Does JViT also come on site in Genk?
Yes, when needed, for example for defective hardware, a complete power or internet outage or cabling work. We often solve other questions remotely. How it works in practice follows the service agreements we make with you.
