You first contact JViT, then open Splashtop SOS and share the session code only with your JViT contact person. You start the session yourself and see what the engineer does. On-site support. Defective hardware, a complete power or internet outage or cabling work may require an on-site intervention. Remote and on-site support are part of our managed IT services; how and when we come on site depends on the service agreements you make with us.
Proactive management. Monitoring and planned maintenance help to detect problems early. We use recurring incidents to propose structural improvements, so that the same fault does not keep coming back.

Does JViT only work for organisations in Limburg?
No. Our office is in Zonhoven, but we work for organisations throughout Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. For organisations in Limburg, our office is close by.
Does JViT also come on site?
Yes, when needed. We solve many questions remotely. Defective hardware, a complete power or internet outage or cabling work may require an on-site intervention. On-site support is part of our managed IT services, in line with the service agreements we make with you.
